Our diagnostic fee is $30. It is credited toward an approved repair on the same computer. Repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.
Pickup and drop-off are by appointment. Collection or shipping can be discussed individually. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, payment details or private files through email or social messages.
