Computer Repair in Decherd, TN
When your computer starts running slow or refuses to boot, start with someone local who will look at the symptoms and explain the options. Aesir Reforge is an owner-operated technology business based in Decherd, Tennessee. Pickup and drop-off at The Asgard Workshop, our private work area, are by appointment.
We check whether a repair or compatible upgrade makes sense for your computer, your workload and your budget. You receive a written estimate and approve the repair before work begins.
Start with a $50 diagnostic.
Diagnostics are $50. The full $50 is credited toward an approved repair on the same computer associated with that assessment. Repairs are quoted separately. We stop before exceeding the approved scope or estimate ceiling and ask for written approval if the job changes.
Help for the computer you already own.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting: slow startup, crashes, failed updates, no-boot problems and unexplained behavior.
- Windows, macOS and Linux: repair, configuration and setup based on your accepted estimate.
- Malware cleanup: separately approved cleanup with named, reviewed proposals before removal.
- SSD, memory and storage upgrades: compatible improvements, with migration and setup agreed separately.
Considering an upgrade or a new machine? Read our repair-or-replace guide or discuss a custom PC build.

Before you book
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are by appointment; this is a private workshop.
How much will my repair cost?
The diagnostic is $50, credited toward approved repair on the same computer. Repair work is quoted separately and requires your approval.
What should I tell you about a slow or non-starting computer?
Include the make and model if known, operating system, what happens, when it started and anything that changed. Our slow-PC guide can help you describe it.
What about my files?
Tell us about important data and backup needs before service. Data migration, cleanup and reset work have separate scopes and permissions. Please do not send passwords, recovery keys or private files through email or social messages.
